Zone
When you are in the zone, nothing can stop you. The tallest mountain can be scaled, the largest task can be tackled, the loftiest goal can be achieved. The zone is where your creativity, problem-solving, and amazing ideas reside. What does it take to get in the zone and find your rhythm?
Practice, dedication, commitment, focus and confidence.

Live the life you have imagined."

Yoga Pose: Corpse Pose Savasana
One of the most important aspects of a yoga practice is coming into and embracing Savasana - complete relaxation. This is the time when your body, mind and spirit assimilate all the benefits, challenges and freedoms you gain in your practice. This pose can help you get in the zone.
Foundation. Start supine. Set your intention.
Adjust. Allow yourself to wiggle around a bit, settle in and find a comfortable position. Release your shoulders down onto your mat. Let your arms spread out slightly away from your body, palms upward. Separate your legs and allow your little toes to fall towards outer edges of your mat. Let your head be heavy.
Gaze. Close your eyes. Relax and enjoy for as long as it feels right to you.
Return to the World. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Stretch and yawn. Slowly roll to your right side to pause for a few breaths. Press yourself up to a seated position. Reflect. Take your intention with you as you come back into your world. See what you can accomplish!
