Living gracefully captivates others as you display a beauty of form, manner, movement or speech that sets you apart from the masses. Think of the difference in conversation between responding to a comment with sarcasm versus a graceful, thoughtful answer. Notice how when you are fully present in the moment, grace and ease come without struggle. Watch the dance of bees as they gracefully move among the beauty of nature. Be present. Live gently on the Earth. She will offer her gifts tenfold. Move smoothly, but at your own pace. Fly high to reach your dreams. Open your arms to embrace the grace that resides in your very soul.
