Often something as simple as walking in nature or petting a dog or hugging a friend, fills our hearts with complete and utter joy. It is an old cliche, but the simple things in life are truly the most poignant. Although it is easy to overlook ordinary moments of pleasure, if we have learned nothing as a result of a crazy worldwide pandemic, it is that simple, every day activities are anything but ordinary. Capture and value each moment. Every day is truly a gift. Use each day to its fullest. Find beauty in every thing you see. Be joyful!
