Yearn
What do you yearn for in life? What do you dream of? What is that craving, that feeling that drives you forward to live your best life? Identifying what you are passionate about is the key to finding your path. Come up out of your hole and look around. Who ever said life has to follow a predetermined path? Your passion might be art, music, nature, yoga, cooking, volunteering, travel, teaching, triathlons, photography, gardening, flying planes, writing. Whatever it is, give it 100%. Do it fully. Not sure how to get there? Take a class, read about it, find a mentor to guide you. Do something now to satisfy that yearning, that creative void, in your life.

Yoga Pose: Seated Wide Legged Side Angle Pose Parsva Upavistha Konasana
Allow your side body to lengthen and stretch and your heart to spin open in this wide legged seated pose.
Foundation. From Dandasana (Seated Staff Pose), spread your legs wide apart. Set your intention.
Move. Place your left hand on your left leg or foot. Extend your right arm out to the side. Stretching as far as you can on the right side body, curve your right arm over to reach towards the left side as you fold to the left side.
Legs. Keep your legs extended and as straight as you can. Flex your feet and point your toes to the sky.
Torso. Continue to lengthen the front and sides of your torso, without allowing yourself to collapse on the left side.
Gaze. Gently soften your gaze or close your eyes. Breathe. Stay in the pose anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. To come out of the pose, lift your right arm to the sky and back to your side. Bring your torso back to center. Pause here. Repeat on the second side.
